Slide leaking issues

Hey guys been a long time since I've posted anything, we haven't used our trailer since last November, it has been stored at my Sister's place nearly an hour away. I go about 1x a monrh and check it out. last couple times there has been evidence of water getting in under the ovwrhanging carpet of the slide, , but only from the middle of the slide back. I have it parked with a lean to the slide (drivers)side, and a fee inches nose high.
I've recently (April) recailked and replaced the vinyl strip on the entire perimeter of the roof. I think it's coming down the gasket on the slide, and somehow getting in under the floor. Any ideas?

Are your slides open or closed while in storage? If open, I'd close them. If closed, open them. Either way, treat the rubber seals with a rubber seal treatment, or use baby powder to soften the seals up a bit, and close them up again. Do the inside seals and the outside seals.

More than likely, they just need to be exercised a little. If rubber does not move, it gets hard. Once it get's hard, it doesn't seal good any more. Simply moving the slides will help make them flexible again But if the slide is open, definitely close them.
