Battery problem

Need help. We had our fifth wheel plugged in to the the 50amp shore power fo a month without disconnecting the battery. We moved to a different spot and noticed the battery does not work. To make sure the slides fit we opened the slides before unhitching from the truck. One slide opened and then nothing. Not even the carbon monoxide alarm lit up. Plugged into the 50 amp again with battery connected hoping it would charge, but nothing. The 5th wheel is a 2020 Keystone and we bought it new in March this year. Any advice? The water level is good, that was the first thing we checked.

Sounds like your battery cut-off switch is in the off position.

If the battery cutoff key (Red) can be removed then you have battery cutoff in off position . Turn key to other position..

Your gonna need a multi meter and remove battery terminal from battery and measure battery voltage with no shore power.

Leaving battery disconnected plug shore power in and measure voltage output at removed battery cables...

You should see 13.4 to 13.8 volts DC on those leads...

And a fully charged 12 volt battery should read within specs on this link
