Running the heater 2015 Passport

What is the proper way to run the heat in my 2015 Passport. I don't want the overhead AC unit to run.

Make sure the "fan" is set to AUTO.

I've seen where the heater turns on the air conditioner fan to help circulate. The air conditioner itself isn't running. But yes, turn the fan to AUTO and it'll only come on with the air conditioner.

Yup! When I attended a Dometic training class a couple of years ago, the rep explained that it was a designed feature. Hot air rises- fan in A/C circulates through duct work and coach warms faster. Does it work? Don't have that answer.

If the AC fan didn't sound like a 747 landing on the roof, it would help. When running heat, I just flip the AC breaker, then it doesn't matter if the fan is in auto.

Hey can anyone tell the difference in the fan speed between HI and Low?

I've never played with the Hi/Lo setting... Ours is pretty loud as well.
