Holiday World League City Texas

So my x-lite 28RLS was approaching it's 1 yr. mark so I finally decided to take it in with a minor problem punch list .
Both windows on side of slide (minor leak during torrential wind blowing storms)
Rear picture window (minor leak)
Last outing (July 4th weekend minor leak@ slide nearest entertainment center.
Bathroom fan quit working
Black tank flush system not working).
Outside shower (quick disconnect connection defect)would not accept male hose end)
Found out my warranty expired 4 days earlier.
Ok let the games begin I'm thinking?
Received call next day Keystone would honor all items on Punch list under warranty.
7 days later receive a call from Holiday World that all repairs complete & waiting on parts for outside shower .
So Kudos to Holiday World & Keystone for stepping up to the plate .
Yes I would not hesitate to Purchase another Keystone product from this dealer .
Really like the Grand Design 5th wheel but that's another topic...

It always nice to hear GOOD stories about dealers. Too many times people are quick to relate a bad story. Which Grand Designs, Solitude or Reflection?

Kudoo's to your dealer and the people there! I have accepted an idea my dad showed me. After he received great service from a car dealership, he bought the whole place doughnuts. Each and every time he returned, they gave him the same, if not better, service. I have also done the same. I bought the team several pizza's for their lunch. Sometimes a well written letter is nice, however, I have found that my dad's little token of appreciation, went a LONG way. Good luck and Happy Pulling!

Not sure which one because the door opening was right near the service counter & I walked in .
Not sure if this helps but it looked to be about 30 to 35 ft. long
MSR 59,000.00 Had it marked down to 41,900.00

LOL

Tried that Gearhead not much luck .
Rather blow my money on my toys than on lotto tickets or slot machines.

Just a follow up .
Got my camper back & spent 3 weeks chasing flounder during the fall flounder run .
Got a couple of wind blowing rain storms with 0 issues .
Black tank flush works like a charm( wow didn't realize how much crud remains in tank after dump .
No leaks & all punch list items fixed on Keystones dime .
So again thanks to Keystone & Holiday World of League city for stepping up to the Plate

It was a reflection .
Nice 5th wheel but too much for my Ram 2500 4x4 Hemi to handle .
Love my 31 ft. 28 RLS & 2500 RAM 4X4 Gasser .
With the Equalizer 4 point I have 0 sway & haven't experienced any white knuckle trips so far .

Flounder....Seawolf Park?
Looks like I might miss them this year. Part time post retirement job is getting in the way.
I guess I will have to try League City. Me and Katy don't get along!
Those Refections ARE nice...we looked and looked at them.

San Luis Pass RV PARK
Picked up a couple a day using live finger Mullet .
Caught lots of undersize (catch & released)
Sea wolf park gets to crowded for me during the flounder run

I bet I haven't fished Seawolf in 20 years. They are still catching them though. Check out: 2coolfishing.com
I have a couple more days of work and should be off the rest of the year. Probably hit Long Island Bayou (Trinity Bay) or maybe Sabine Lake.
