Samsung res fridge won't make ice

Picked up our Alpine 3601RS in April and no problems except, no ice from fridge. Several calls to service dept and first instruction was to take access panel off outer wall and check connections, no access panel on 3601RS. Only other suggestion was to keep pressing the reset button on icemaker until working. Spent over 30 minutes on that idea and no joy. Water valve for icemaker is under kitchen island and is on, does onboard pump have enough pressure? My dealer is 120 miles away, like to get it working without making the trip. Any ideas.

I'd call the maker of your refrigerator before I hauled it that far.

On mine there was a value under the sink that turns the water on to the ice maker but it still didn't work. I pulled out the bottom draw next to the fridge and there was a second value in there and after turning both values on it works fine now.

CWSWine - Thanks for the idea, sounds good, didn't think to look there. Having some outpatient surgery this week and can't look for a couple weeks, will see if DW can find the valve. Will report back with the update.

Also to add to the 2 water shut off valves, you may want to check and make sure that the water pump is turned on if your not hooked up to city water supply. In addition there are several buttons on the inside hit the super freeze and the ice button when pushed turns OFF ice operation. Seems kind of backwards but that's the way it works rather than turning on ice making operations. Just a thought. We just picked up the exact same unit as yours, and it seemed to take about 12 hours before ice started to be made for what ever reason. But once it started it was off and running. Please report back and good luck with your procedures...

Went to KeystoneRV site & found the new updated owners manual dated 4/2016, after CWSWine's advice on location of second valve. New diagram in manual showed the second valve behind the drawer. Took the drawer out this morning and there was the valve off, turned valve on now waiting for operation. Picked my 3601RS up first week in April & had the outdated manual showing a diagram with only the shutoff under the sink. My dealers service desk had no idea. Thanks everyone for all the help.
