No power to generator starter -- HELP!

We camped at an RV park over weekend but when we returned we went to start our generator to hook up our vacuum and there is no power to the starter on the generator -- won't fire at all. All other switches on control panel work -- fuel pump and batteries (3) are all fully charged.

Any help or ideas? Thanks in advance!

Probably an obvious question: is the battery cut off switch in the proper position?

Lose wire to starter or bad starter, low batteries no cranking amps, or disconnect switch.
