When you say not increasing in temp and air pressure, do you mean not at all or just not as much as the others? If it's not at all you can try turning the valve stem out an 1/8 of a turn at a time as previously recommended, also check that the valve stem is centered at not pushed off to one side.
If it is changing some, but not as much as the others, I'd say there just isn't as much weight on that tire. I've noticed on ours that the right front heats up quicker and gains more air pressure than the other three. The lefts front less than the others. based on slide location and weight distribution, I'd be willing to bet the right front is carrying more weight than the others and the left front less than the others. It's minimal difference so I'm not going to get overly concerned, but maybe I'll change my load plan a bit to see if it makes a difference.
