If the pump is running, most likely the valve for the winterizing tube is open. You will need to locate the pump (follow the sound) and then probably take a couple of square head screws out to get to it. Once your eyes are on it, look at the hoses going INTO the pump. There is probably a hose with a valve at the inlet side. Make sure it's turned OFF and the pump should start pulling water from the tank.
