Shower walls caulking.

We have a corner shower, the walls panels are almost touching the base and there is no caulking at the bottom. Should there be, I am afraid that the water could get between the shower walls and the FW wall.

No sealant is used or required between the wall panels and the tub/pan. The pan comes high enough on the wall that water can't climb that high. It's also left alone to allow for flex while your driving.
