Depending on your level of mechanical ability, remember that to replace the fabric you have to remove the awning roller/arms from the RV, slide the old fabric out of the awning rail on the side of the trailer, unroll it from the tube, install the new fabric on the roller and then slide that assembly into the awning rail as a unit and reattach the arms to the RV. It's not a really difficult process, but it does take more than one or two "novice/first timers" who aren't familiar with the system. The awning tube is spring wound and you can get hurt very easily if you aren't paying attention to what you're doing or if you don't know how to protect yourself from the spring tension.
Awning replacement fabric is available online at most RV supply houses, EBay, Amazon.com, and many other sites. Most RV service centers also sell/service awnings from the various manufacturers. Brand of awning fabric is not as important as quality. Most original manufacturer brands are at least as good as the original material as are some "after-market" brands. However there are some inferior aftermarket replacements that aren't up to standards. If you aren't sure, it may benefit you to contact someplace like Camping World for your replacement. They also have a special right now to install anything they sell for $39. That makes paying the increased price of an OEM awning fabric much less painful.
