Coleman-Mach AC Voltage draw

I have an Airxcel 48000 on my 2013 27rkws Cougar.
We were having some electrical issues at our house, after resolving them I have 119 volts on my voltmeter, I am plugged into a 30amp outlet.
My question is when the A/C is running I am only showing 103-105 volts on my voltmeter, which seems like an excessive drop.
Any thoughts?
Thanks in advance
