Roadside repair

If you find yourself in the need of a mobile repair guy in the Twin Falls, ID area, I would recommend After Hours Truck & Trailer Repair. He called me within a half hour of us having contacted Good Sam Roadside. He arrived about an hour later (had to locate the correct spring) and had our trailer repaired in less than two hours. Reasonable, courteous and knew what he was doing. Came right into the park here in Jackpot. I had called a couple of RV places in Twin Falls and was told "bring it in and we'll look at it,get the parts on order and try to work you Into the schedule". He is located in Hansen, ID. 208-421-7374.

Thanks, will keep them in mind as we travel that direction sometimes. You must be at Cactus Pete's Casino, we have stayed there. Kind of in the middle of nowhere, but nowhere can be nice.

Yeah, good ole' Cactus Pete's. We have a SIL who lives in Jarbidge, NV. When we visit, we camp here and drive into Jarbidge without the trailer. Eighteen miles of one lane, gravel (read rocky) road following the Jarbidge River grade.
It's a nice campground for the money. They have shut the water off early this year, but, reduced the price to $20.
BTW - the L/R spring on our Cougar looked like it had flattened and that was the one that broke. Turned out that the spring had been cracked about a quarter way through (judging by the rust mark). My plan is to replace the rest of the springs when we complete this trip.
