Centering Slideout

I have a 2011 Cougar 32Qbss with 3 slideouts. On 2 of them the slideout seems to be offcenter with a much bigger gap on one side than the other. Is it possible to move the slideout laterally or is this something I need to have done at a dealer?

I moved mine around on my 2011 Coachman and it's not too hard. I just run the room out to where it's just about balanced on the edge then loosen the bolts that lock it down. You will need a helper inside and you outside to slide the room for or aft till it's centered then lock it down. Don't mess with the height adjustment bolts! I found one slide was lifting really high up as it came in and it was readjusted then the dealer had to replace all the decals that now didn't line up. Hopefully your up/down adjustments are fine.

Thanks for the info Campy, any idea where those bolts might be? Are they outside underneath the slide?

Mine were, you will see bolts/nuts up high on the brackets in the fore/aft slotted holes. Those are the one to loosen. The long bolts with jam nut pointing up are the height or up/down adjusters, those I would not mess with unless you know exactly how to set them. Once you get under there and see what your working with it will become clear what you need to do. The key to moving the room easy is to try to keep the weight balanced on the edge with slightly more to the outside. This worked for me.
