First time travel trailer owner. Years ago I found Jeep forums and learned the value of a forum community. Looking to learn a lot from long time trailer owners! Bought a 2020 passport ml and loving it! Needs better outdoor speakers though...

Welcome from an orange Jeep guy.

First thing you learn from this community is that all new trailers come with their own collection of sample defects, and the guy who learns to fix and pimp stuff by himself often gets better results than the guy who depends on "pros" to do everything. (That can be depressing to us non-motorheads.)

Second thing you learn is that that truck you own almost certainly can't pull that trailer you just bought

But welcome anyway!

Welcome to the forum, Jeepguy, presently from south Florida. I see with the Colorado tags on your beast that you're probably a ways from camping season. Good luck with the Passport.

The tag is deceiving, I actually live in South Carolina and it’s fairly mild out right now!

Welcome Aboard! We are just up the road from you in Taylors.

This is a very good forum for Keystone owners. Lot's of posters willing to help with your questions.

We've visited just about every RV Park/CG in the county. Not much good to say about any of them. There are two up at Lake Robinson that offer great views. Problem is, they are almost always full of resident trailers. The KOA out on US25 is in the deep woods and you feel like you need a back-pack just to visit the camp store.

We used to travel to Florida quite often. Our halfway RV Park was in Walterboro. I'll mention that in another post.

Nice! Another Greenvillian! we've already been to a few of the State Parks around, and we've enjoyed meeting some new folks. quick question though, are your property taxes on your camper extremely high? just got our bill today and they are astronomical!
