We recently bought our brand new 2020 Cougar 29RDL (ordered from factory) with a 70x80 mattress. We slept on it 7 nights and determined it was trash.

Found MattressInsider.com and ordered a custom memory foam to fit. Customer service was excellent. Multiple communications from sales and CEO thanking us for order. Notification when it was shipped. Check in by company after receiving the mattress to make sure we were pleased.

I would not think about going anywhere else. I was not compensated for this review.
