Missing remote for 2017 Cougar 333MKS

Hi all,

Recently purchased a 2017 Keystone Cougar 333MKS 5th wheel unit. After going over the unit, I discovered a remote control holder attached to the wall next to my control panel inside the coach. The remote holder was EMPTY---Does anyone know if this unit came with a remote originally? I have an LCI Ground Control system 2.0, if that helps! Thanks!

There were several versions of remote controls used in the past 8 or 10 years. They were not "date specific" and some trailers built used older remote units while some earlier trailers used "later models"...

So, what is (or was) in your trailer
could be one of several versions and few (if any) of them are interchangeable.

If you could post a photo of the wall holder for the remote and a photo of the remote receiver that's located in the passthrough or the battery compartment, it would help narrow down which system is installed and which remote you'd need.
