slide out not working

i have a 2011 sprinter 32 bhds just got home from a great weekend went in to open the slide outs, the bunkhouse slide went out but the kitchen one didnt.. i have checked all the fuses the grounds and the battery i even hooked the rocker switch from the rear to the front and that didnt work.. please help i dont have an extended warranty and i dont want to have to pay through the nose to have this fixed.. please send me a Private Message or post them here if you have any suggestions.

I've had slide problems in the past & they can be a major pain, although usually easily fixed. If your getting a clicking or one click sound upon activating the button that usually means one of two things, a stuck slide caused by maybe alot of rain & the rubber gasket sticking to the side wall or a faulty relay switch. In my situation I've had both. Try your manual slide crank to free the sticking situation, if that don't work it's probably the other, a faulty switch. If your not getting the clicking sound it's electrical. Usually it takes two people to find the problem, one to press the button & the other to listen for the clicking.
