219BH Antifreeze Siphon Hose

Does anyone known if a 219BH Passport has a siphon hose for winterization? I found the water pump when I was winterizing but I could not find a siphon hose

if one was installed, chances are that it would be very close to the inlet of the pump.

Thank you yeah, there wasn’t one attached to my water pump I assumed all newer ones came with one. I’ll just install one in spring

I made up an 18” hose with a FloJet quick connect 90° fitting and just pop it in when winterizing and then remove and store it in the pump cubby when done.

What he is describing is where a bypass valve is not used. Instead, the inlet hose at the pump is swapped-out with one that has a short hose directly with the bottle of antifreeze.
You probably got that from the description, but in case you had questions…

Me too.
OP needs to find out what kind of pump they have.
I bought a 90 degree connector from Amazon and 2' of hose from Home Depot.
Disconnect the pump input (pull out the RED tab) and insert your adapter.
Put hose in a gallon of red stuff and turn on pump.

My only comment about using the FloJet fitting and vinyl hose (which is how I do it too) is the length of the hose... Some say 18" some say 2 feet... I find that with the location of my pump, there's no way to get a gallon jug of antifreeze into that space, so a hose that short simply won't reach from the pump to the bottom of the jug.

So, I've got a section of hose that's about 3.5 feet long. It's "long enough" but only if I don't need to move the jug out of the way. Then, I'd be better off with a 4.5' hose. So, before you head to HD or Lowe's for that piece of hose, measure how long you really need, don't rely on the "pump location/jug location" of someone with their water pump in a different place in their trailer....
