No Power to outlet

Have a new Keystone Alpine 3790 where everything appears to be working except one outlet that is behind the stove. Have not been able to get any assistance from either the call in supports as being told to take to a service center to trouble shoot.

Has any one else had problems with just the one outlet not working behind the stove top?? If so what did you do to resolve the issue.

Thank you for any advise.

check to see if the outlet is GFCI. The kitchen outlet must be GFCI and Keystone also installed one next to the stove, parallel to the kitchen outlet. That won't work, can't have two GFCI in parallel. it was a case of this outlet was closest so they stuck it in! Might not be your situation but it won't hurt to check.

Thank you....

Will check that out, but the outlet is not labeled that it is on the GFCI like the other outlets.

Going to remove the chase that is in the cabinet to see if there is a junction box there and then also check the connections on the outlet itself. There is only 1 GFCI outlet in the entire camper that is located in the bathroom. There are no other GFCI outlets in the camper.

They are not like a residential outlet. Wires are pushed into v-shaped copper connectors that cut the insulation. I had two electrical issues, took a week of tearing apart and chasing wires with a multimeter. Eventually replaced the romex going to microwave outlet. It can be done, just takes time, patience and a meter.

Most RVs have a GFCI in the kitchen near the sink, in the bathroom near the sink & usually in the convenience center if equipped with a 110 volt plug. With the way they throw these rigs together there's no telling what other outlets may be connected to any of those GFCI plugs.
