Question Floor inside door soft?

2107 Passport Grand Touring doorway on floor soft on both doors right at entry way? No signs of water anywhere? Any ideas on how to proceed?

What floorplan? Where is the door located? If the door is immediately adjacent to the wheelwell or directly in front of or behind the wheelwell then road spray or damage from rocks while towing may contribute to water intrusion. If the door is significantly forward of or significantly rearward from the wheelwells, then that may not be as critical.

There has been a significant problem with "sandwich construction" in floors in all ultralight trailers, water intrusion from below the trailer, migrating through the damaged DARCO protective layer, then unable to escape or dry, has caused significant water damage, sometimes in areas a great distance from the suspected place where the water got into the trailer floor system.

There are a number of other "possible sources of water" in any trailer, from leaks around the door frame, leaks through the plastic molding around the door window, damaged seals or weatherstripping.
