Woo hoo. Today (well, yesterday now) I personally did the troubleshooting and found the fault that has stumped at least three techs and that's been causing my furnace to work/not work for over a year now. Link.

Nothing worse then a intermittent problem..hard to fix something that isn’t broke at the time of the repair.
But yeah some of the guys and gals on here ( a lot) are a wealth of knowledge and experience…Your post was important to the forum because it had a beginning and end…sometimes people figure it out and you never hear the follow up so it doesn’t help any future reader of the post…again …good job!

I recently made a folding wind screen for our Blackstone flat top. Simple and does a great job of keeping the heat in the grill.
Put some leveling legs under our small table we use outside.
Installed a cable reel that secures our Winegard dish.

Took it for a ride! Retired March 14th!
April2 thru 9 Philly and Quakertown PA
April9 thru 16 Gettysburg and Baltimore MD. Had such a good time we stayed thru the 20th!
Now home for appointments, leaving again soon! Retired vs Vacation = Don’t have to be at work 8:00 Monday morning. 😎

Over the past couple of days, had the rear A/C unit start vibrating severely. Obviously turned it off really fast. Went up to investigate and found the condenser fan had a blade broke off. Because it was a six blade fan, I just cut off the opposing blade so it would be balanced. I was able to order a new one and got it. Will replace it at our next stop.
Yesterday, wife noticed the bed frame or box was separated from the wall a bit, so disassembled what was needed to access that and reattached and strengthened the connection to the wall.
All this and we are a few days delayed moving to our next stop, but all is good.

Good idea, when my barrel lock keys wear out again I might do that.

Slim shade
Finally got around to ordering and installing the slim shade door window. Install was pretty easy, but getting the old clip together window frame out was a chore. Pretty happy with how it turned out. When I pulled the foiled backed shade off the original found the heat had melted the lower part of the inside frame last summer.

I replaced the door entry windows with the slim shades too. The sun caused the exterior window frames to crack on both doors. The new windows were easy to install, and I was relieved to find no water damage from the cracked frames. I installed the interior frames upside down so you have to lift the shade to close it. I like the fact that I can leave the shade opened a bit to peek out without having to open the door to get around the screen.

I built my wife a pull out drawer in the bottom opening of the microwave cabinet. The top drawer was factory, I made the bottom drawer this morning so she can pull out the drawer that will have her pots and pans without having to get on her knees to find a pot or pan. Full extension with soft close slides.

We have two labs and they have struggled adapting to the new 5’er. Particularly the entry steps. The aluminum gets slippery for them. So, I used some heavy outdoor carpet that I use around our pool and wrapped the steps. I used a 1” aluminum retainer on the front and back edge to secure the carpet. Pic attached

Turned my jack power head
On our first big trip with the truck the tailgate fell down and not only dented the tailgate, but took out the switch. Due to covid it was impossible to find a weather proof switch - so I wired in another similar switch just so I wasn't cranking. Finally got to turn the head. The most challenging part of this is that the shaft of it only had 2 bolt holes drilled into it (I read/saw that lippert sometimes has 4 holes with only two tapped). Anyways had to disconnect the power head from the giggy box (power box) as the wire didn't have enough play, drilled the two holes/tapped them to 5/16" thread and installed the new switch.

Ram has a recall on 2019 -2022 pickups... to readjust the tailgate latch..said the tailgate could open during travel or other times unexpectedly..i need to take mine in..maybe they will fix your tailgate if that was the problem

We solved this problem for our previous bumper-pull trailer by getting a longer drop shank for the trailer hitch. This allowed the tailgate to be opened fully while the trailer was hitched up.

I know this all happened prior to the recall and I had it adjusted after. Personally I would think I was "losing it" as I would run to do an errand and 2-3x I'd get to a destination with the tailgate down.

I modified my wife's cutting board to fit in the kitchen sink recess.

Our trailer had tons of wasted space where the water pump lives and DW had a hard time getting into bed because the enclosure was a foot deep. Plus the top was just paneling so you couldn't put any weight on it to climb into bed. There was also no access under the bed unless lifting our heavy mattress+topper- generally a 2 person affair.
I carefully disassembled everything to reuse as much stock paneling as possible. I was going to just make a small box around the rerouted hoses and wiring then mount the pump under the bed. But I realized I could mount the pump on the vertical wall of the pass through and save the under bed space. I installed a nice new pump with accumulator so it's much quieter. I was able to build a new enclosure tight to the hoses (gained 2" one side and 11" the tapered side), providing much needed floor space for feet.
I wanted to strengthen the side enclosure so that DW could climb on it if needed. I ended up using 3/4 x 3/4 poplar to stay ultra lightweight and made a skeleton with full vertical supports. Then skinned it in the same panel I removed and a new piece of 1/4" luan on top along with some trim. Matching the stain was an adventure. Ended up using 2 different kinds/colors and some spar clear over it and it matches decent. I added a high power USB port in there while I was at it, plus sealed up the gaping cavern the factory cut through the floor to run a couple of hoses. I had to use some leftover paneling to cover the edge of the hole but it's non intrusive.
After that was done, I added more framing to the paneling under the bed and cut out an 18x18" opening. I then used this panel as the door panel insert to a new frame I made and stained to match.
So with these mods we gained a lot of usable space. I've been wanting to do this project for 5 years. There's plenty more "getaroundtoit" projects on the list. It was nice to check that one off. Better late than never!

No pics yet as I'm still waiting on parts for the final installation ideas, but we finally bit the bullet and bought Starlink Roam (was Starlink RV)....Along with that picked up a harbor freight 20' telescoping flag pole, starlink adapter for that pole, a rear hitch flagpole mount and another mount to put in front (under the hitch block) when the rear is too obstructed.
Testing it out in my front yard tho, partially obstructed skyline, still getting 100+ down, 25+ up....for someone who works from home this is a big deal, now I can go, work from the road, and enjoy life even more....
