my alpine came with 235/80r16g hi specs. walmart has a sale on sailuns637 235/85r16. is the difference of 85 to 80 okay

should have said 85 from 80

As long as you change all of them including the spare you should be fine. Thats a very minor height difference.

With the same width and rim size, the 85 will be about .92" taller than the 80.
