Talking Great Dealership

After discovering that our A/C unit on our brand new 2010 Sprinter 360QDS was not working I contacted Keystone about a service dealer closer that the one where I bought our rig, 160 miles North. Keystone responded with in a few hours and told me about Sun Coast RV in Cocoa FL, 40 miles North of where we live.
I called Sun Coast and spoke to their warranty specialist, BJ and she said that they would be more than glad to help me with my issue. I was shocked since I read all these negative stories on this blog about other dealers not wanting to do warranty work if you did'nt buy the unit from them.
Long story short, I drove to Sun Coast RV today and was greated to coffee, a local news channel and smiling people. One and a half hours later I was introduced to a young mechanic named James who explained to me what he did and found and showed me my operating and cooling A/C unit. He then assisted me in backing out of their parking area and told me to have a great trip and a great day.
Thank you to all the folks at Sun Coast RV in Cocoa Florida where customer service is still alive and well.
