What would cause no A/C Power
Im getting power out of the A/C breakers but no A/C power on any plug or anything. I still dont know if the converter works because I cant get any power to it.
I got charged by a dealer 288 to tell me they could not find anything wrong but I see plenty wrong.
Im about to burn it to the ground.

Hold on there Rick. All is not lost. I'm going to guess you have some sort of meter to test with since you know you have power somewhere. Will need a little more info though. Where did you test the A/C power and how? I am able to help via phone if needed.

Tested Both sides of 50 amp on Incoming and out going and have 120vac
Tested Output of Each 115VAC Breakers and have 120 coming out.
Tested all the wall sockets and No power.
fridge does not switch to A/C
Ceiling Fan and 115V Light in Dining room do not work
Checking 12V DC Circuits and it reads 12.1V ... If the converter were working I would have 13.5v
Originally took it to dealer with a dead Converter (I checked out put and had nothing) and a severe noise in wall above converter with the converter unplugged and converter breaker in. No noise now.
His write up says they got 13.6v with A/C power on.

This is where it would be nice if Keystone would have Wiring Diagrams. Its hard to troubleshoot in the Dark.

Check your neutral and ground at the panel. Use a plug checker at an outlet, it may tell you the problem.

So you've tested power at the converter input terminals and have 120v on each leg to ground. Do you have continuity from the neutral bus to ground? You're right that 12.1vdc is battery voltage only. Low voltage at that since the converter isn't charging the battery.
You could bypass the converter and jumper from one incoming leg to the 120v bus to confirm the converter isn't powering up. If you have WFCO converter you could call their customer tech support folks. (1.877.294.8997) They will answer the phone and have helped us in the past.

120 between hot and ground do nothing. You need 120 between hot and neutral. Hot and neutral should not be tied together in the rig.

Voltages were all measured from the Breakers to the Neutral Bar.
I checked the one GFCI in the bathroom and nothing.
Is there another GFCI around ?

Let's see if we are clear on what you have.
You've got good voltage on the 50 amp supply and you've got good 120 volts out of every breaker in your power panel?
But no 120 volt loads are working and you have no voltage at any outlet, not a single one?
Why did the dealer say they found no problems and how did they measure good voltage coming out of the converter? Did you have the same symptoms when you took it in?

The 50amp breaker has Voltage on the supply ends yes. And I measured from the Output side of every A/C breaker to Neutral and yes I have 120V.

Correct. Not the sockets, not the one 115vac light nor the ceiling fan, nor the Converter.

I talked to him and they did all the same measurements I did, yet they had power. So what failed between The dealer and my house?

No I had no 12v out from the Converter, but I had 115vac on the rig. It was a new converter that worked for 10 minutes then quit. I charged the batteries up to 12v to get home. He said they measured 13.5v on the batteries with power on. He postulated that the new converter over heated. But, now that I got home I have 12v from the batteries but no 115vac.

Try resetting ALL your GFI receptacles.

Lights should not be on a GFI circuit. It sounds to me as if there is loss of ground reference on the field side of the 110v service. Probably at the converter but just guessing at this point.

If you've got 120 volts on the output of every breaker then you should have voltage at the load unless the wire is broken. I find it hard to believe that is the case for all of your circuits.
This noise you heard in the wall is intriguing. I wonder what it was? Was everything working okay before? And if so has anything changed since then? Have you been plugged in to to the same place all this time?

Help me here. I've been out with visitors and came in and read this but....what does the converter have to do with no AC at the plugins, no airconditioner, microwave etc.? It powers the DC side to charge batteries etc. using the AC input. Maybe I need a slap to wake me up (I've spent the last 10 hours "visiting" with folks I don't know) but the symptoms to me sound like a loss of continuity between power and neutral....or some sort of gfi problem if all items haven't been accounted for????

I’m with you on this one.
OP: have you put a plug checker in an outlet? There are 3 lights, and any given two will light up telling you the issue.

I agree I don't think it is the converter, but a wiring issue in the distribution panel some common point located where the converter is. I should have been more clear with my statement.

Only GFCI I found is in the Bathroom. Dont know if there is another one. Might be a loss of neutral but dont know.
I decided to take it to the Dealer again and see if he can find it. I take be back in the morning.
Again, sure would have been nice if Keystone would release Electrical Diagrams.
