Montana roof repair

I have an older Montana (2001) that's been well cared for and has been stored in shade for much of its life but I want to be ready for the inevitable roof crack down the road. What's everyone using for touch up on these roofs?

Dicor self leveling, comes in white, tan, and grey. Clean the roof and then apply over any cracks.

If you feel so inclined, you can remove the old sealant but it isn't mandatory.
