I have installed the MorRyde SRE4000 Bolt-on upgrade which allows up to 4" of suspension travel and wet bolt kits on my old and now newer travel trailers. When I looked at the old systems the plastic sleeves in the bolts were almost completely gone. Even on my newer trailer, that was only 2 years old. If you are going to install wet bolts upgrade the hangers and you will notice the difference. You will have the other parts almost off anyway.

Correct. My trailer service suggested installing the zert side of the bolt facing toward the inside rather than outside as it will be much easier to get to the zert fitting to grease them. No tire obstructions.

My cousin pulled his wet bolts because some wouldn't take grease any more. Since he had them removed anyway he re-installed them from the back side to make it easier to lube without the tires being in the way. I personally haven't had much difficulty greasing from the outside with my rig.

As others have stated I can confirm that the nylon bushings do not hold up. I have replaced them on 2 new campers (less than 200 miles) with bronze bushings and wet bolts and both had nylon bushings with significant wear.
