Black spots on roof

Due to some health issues I was not able to do much maintenance on my hybrid last year and some of this year. A while ago I was sealing some seams and noticed the spots on the rubber roof, cleaned with Awesome cleaner but still have black spots. Any thoughts??

Nothing to loose sleep over. Just keep cleaning it on a regular basis, and it shouldn't get any worse.

Agreed, the camper is only a few years old so the black spots are likely mildew. I get those when parking under trees. Because I'm anal, iI mix a little bleach into my soap solution when scrubbing the roof and that keeps the mildew in check.
