Small 1500 Watt heater use
On our recent trip, with temps down in the thirties( Florida - damn), we used a small 1500W heater, usually set on low, and it kept our 30' fiver warm, with the furnace only running a few times a night.
It never tripped a breaker, and this is in our fiver which trips a breaker if we have our coffee maker on with about anything else. Generally all breakers in a RV are 15 amp circuits, wired with 14 gauge wire, and that is safe for a 1500 watt heater, which uses approximately 12.5 amps.
Definitely wouldn't run two heaters in the RV, even though you could on separate circuits, but as ours showed, one did a fine job of keeping us warm all night long.
