Stereo/Dvd player audio humming

Hello
Does anyone know of a quick fix or where to purchase and where to install an inline a noise suppressor for the cheesey OEM audio system in my Outback?
I get loud interference (buzzing) when ceiling vent fan is running and also a slight noise from what I think is the converter fan. The interference is quite annoying.
Thanks

My Laredo does the same thing. Maybe someone has a solution!

Have you checked to make sure that the ground point on the radio is good?

A loose ground can cause humming in electronics.

I've pulled it out and looked at the wires. I thought everything was OK. Ill check that out again and post my findings.

I'm not sure on newer trailers but on the old converters there was only one or two "clean" dc outputs for electronics. When I installed a car radio in the bedroom I got an ac hum from the circuit I tapped into when on shore power. I was able to eliminate it with a Line Choke from Radio Shack. Do you only get the hum when connected to shore power or all the time. As mentioned above check all grounds first.
