Is my fridge too cold?

On gas or shore power same temps: freezer at 0F, fridge at 32F.

The fin slide adjustment does not seem to change temps at all.

Right!
That's the problem. My lettuce gets ruined. How do I raise the temp?

Not sure about that style but I am sure some of the peeps on here will better help you. I did a quick search and found this though:

I have the same problem, don't recall make/model, but it too has the slider on the fin. All the way at the bottom, fridge will maintain 30 to 32F. I first noticed it when spinach and arugula went bad. Don't laugh! As a vegetarian, that is serious stuff!

More concerning though is my dog's insulin which should not be stored below 32F.

Local dealer/service recommended replacing the thermistor (essentially the slider?) but likely requires removal of the refrigerator to unplug it from the circuit board. Possibly others here can correct my description!

I'm waiting on that, hoping the heat of the Texas summer will challenge the unit and keep it from getting as cold. What a problem to have!
