Can you post a pic, explain more what your looking at? Could be fridge vent, tank vents, ac shroud?

Fridges that are not in a slide out have a roof vent and one side vent. Fridges in a slide out have 2 side vents (one at the top and one at the bottom of the slide out wall.)
