Should I be concerned about my hitch?

have a 36' fifth wheel toy hauler. I will be taking a trip soon so I have been assessing the condition of the truck and trailer. I have been given conflicting information on the hitch condition. There is a bit of surface rust on the hitch. Should I be concerned about this?

Thanks

Not it that the area that is oxidized.. if it bothers you get a wire brush and clean off and spray paint it..

In my opinion clean it, sand it treat it or paint it and find/make a cover for it. Use good quality grill cover and bungee cords

Thanks to everyone for the comments.

I wanted to post a follow up on my hitch. It was just surface rust. I cleaned it well and then sprayed it with a rust inhibitor. I ordered a couple replacement parts from Curt to get it in better working order. I have also put a hitch cover on it for now.

It pulled my RV just fine on this last trip. I think I am good for now but a new hitch may be in the plans for future upgrades. We will see.
