"garden hose connections"

So what is Keystone's deal with garden hose connections in concealed spaces? Found they use them to connect outside shower under the power convertor. Daughter caught the seeping under.

Since Keystone doesn't make the fixtures used in RV's and the same fixture is used in numerous models and other brands, its standard to have threaded connections. Makes changing out a faulty fixture easier, as I have had to a few times. Is it a pain getting to those fittings... yeah sometimes, specially when its in the shower.

At least you caught it before it flooded things.

Actually they are pretty much standard even in new stick home construction and repair. They are not "garden hose" 3/4in. , they are 1/2in. pipe thread and are commonly used for faucet supplies. Hand tighten only and you should not have any leaks.
