Cougar HC 321RES window problem

Hey 321RES owners. Notice that the wall window next to the door can't be cranked open safely? If the window is cranked open then the door will smash into it when it opens fully. Someone really dropped the ball on this one. They should have installed a sliding window then there would be no problem.
Has anyone replaced this window??
Happy trails,

We have the same TT and noticed this. Haven't really thought much about it - just work around it and make sure the window isn't open all the way.

Obvious that designers do just that - design. More obvious that designers never set foot in a mock up model or actually use the final product. Wish there was a way to have test models so actual users could see potential problems such as this.

Window problem

We did not notice it until later. Your right a slider would work their, maybe you could get something done on warranty

Door stop

I noticed the same on My high country and I am planning to design a door stopper, maybe out of a rubber bumper to stop the door from striking the window. Not to concerned, I make sure that I used the door hanger now until I figure out the fix. Yep, someone dropped the ball on this one.
