$20 at Camping World. They tie wrap to existing vents. I used extra tie wraps to achieve a gap free fit.

I've had Camco screens on my water heater, furnace, and fridge for years, they work great.

In Michigan (at least were I live) there a must. We have Mud Dubers here that can cause issues.

I got a roll of fiberglass screening at Home Depot ($6.00) and cut what I needed for both the HW and Fridge vents, then used a hot glue gun to attach them. Worded great and is really sealed well.

On my first trailer, I used 1/8" hardware cloth and fastened it with tie wraps or pop rivets. I use Camco screens for the outside ones because they do look nice.

We just keep a dogs flea collar in the compartment. No bugs at all. We just replace at the beginning of every spring.
We also put them in the bottom of my front storage and under the bathroom sink just to make sure nothing comes in.

Screen for Surburban 6 water heater
Hi, I want to put the screens on my trailer, but there are 2 areas open on the water heater. CW sells a screen for 1 of the vents, but there is also a vent to left of the main one, with louvers. Shouldn't I cover it too? With what?
thanx
