I can at least restrain myself from telling the guy his payload is grossly exceeded. I am too lazy to regurgitate the same numbers over and over and point to the door stickers and actual tongue weight and tell folks the published figures for any 5th wheel are right out of fantasy land!
I am sure the real heroes of the weight police will have their calculators out soon!

Now I'm worried. Out to the weigh station I go. Thanks for the heads up.

Unfortunately, many folks don't use the search feature so you have to "regurgitate" it over and over. Just like the posts about batteries going dead, water heaters on electric, fridges, water pump noise, etc. etc.
If it bothers you I suggest you "skip over" those posts.

Before the weigh station, take a look at your white/yellow sticker in your door frame. The actual payload for your truck is there. Figure that the tongue weight realistically will be between 20 to 23 percent of your gross weight. Add this to the weight of your passengers and gear in your truck plus your hitch, etc. This will give you an idea of where you are as far as being loaded safely.

You're doing a fine job George, maybe they will hand out deputy badges on occasion when they need help with a posse. Are you more a Festus or Gabby Hayes type?
I'm pretty sure most newcomers don't know about the search button option, and google works better.

Welcome to the forum! It's already been brought up so I'll just throw some stuff out for thought/conversation:
Here is the link to the trailer:
https://www.keystonerv.com/fifth-whe...b-fifth-wheel/
Note that it is a 15,500lb. trailer. Also note the "dry" (non existent) shows 2385lbs. That will probably be more than the payload of the 3/4 ton truck alone. Just look at the white/yellow sticker inside the driver door for your payload (carrying capacity) and see what that is and post back (or post a picture). I suspect the trailer alone, when loaded up, will exceed your available payload substantially.
