Mystery switch
2011 Alpine 3640RL
Large rocker to the right of entrance door on the floor.What does this operate?? Has power but nothing seems to come on or off.

If I had to guess I would say it is to turn the central vacuum on and off with your foot.

Does your awning have the power strip so you can attach accessories? If so, it could be the switch to turn on power. But with no accessories attached, you'll never see or know anything. (Dometic Power Channel). Click here for short video.

Did you buy it new or preowned? Reason I ask is that switch looks very "residential" versus a switch from the factory. Could be something the previous owner (if you purchased preowned) installed for some reason. Exterior wall outlet? But, I could be waaay off course here too!

That is definitely an add-on switch. RV outlets/switches are self-boxing, meaning that they don’t require a box to install them in like you would see in a house. That switch should be in a box for safety reasons (if there was an arc, there is nothing to contain it and thus it is a fire hazard).
I suspect that there might be a loose wire tucked up into the bottom of the trailer somewhere or it runs to dome other disconnected “accessory”.

There is another one in upper switch panel that runs a ceiling fan/light in living room. It is a preowned unit that were trying to "learn" The location makes me think some.outdoor accessory.

It's right next to the fusebox... is it possible the rig has an EMS, and that's how the previous owner decided to install the override switch?

As those are Decore paddle switches that were added by others there is no way anyone but the previous owner would know why or what for.

My 2013 Alpine has the same factory installed switch for the ceiling fan that you show in your switch panel. The fan / light combo is 110v a.c., thus the residential switch.
Just inside the door at floor level, I have a 12v switch to control the entry light, which is handy when coming in to a dark camper. I don't believe it is for the central vac, as the vac door itself is the on off switch for that, unless it is broken, and this was the workaround. The hack job on the paneling cutout looks factory to me (Sorry to say). I'm guessing it's for a 110v a.c. application, because it matches your fans switch. I just don't know what it could be. Have you tried plugging a drop light into your various outside outlets? Another approach would be to check the basement area, and maybe peek around.
Can you contact the prior owner?

Water heater switch? Turn off the water heater breaker and see if you still have power at this switch?

Follow the wire
Who ever installed that switch, was able to supply voltage from a source to the Decora switch and then to the mystery device you seek. Check for access point/s that the owner would have used to install the switch. You should be able to trace the handiwork. Access points may include the panel on which the many switches appear or a compartment divider wall in your basement storage.

The switch shown is NOT FACTORY... you will have to hunt it down... its a 12 vdc switch so that should make life easier
the two smaller switches are factiory with one turning on the small stairwell LEDs and the other switch is sued to activate the motion detector sensor for outside patio light
