I don't have your model, but on our 2015 Cougar 334RDB you access the water pump from inside the big storage compartment. The water pump is actually behind the rear wall of the storage compartment. You will need a phillips screw driver to remove a couple of the panels starting with the street side one. It is the same on our friends 2015 303RLS.

We called our Cougar dealer when we first got our trailer and asked the same question, the answer from the service department is "turn on the pump and follow the sound" also you will need a square drive for screw head to uncover. Good luck!

^^^This is pretty much the best way to find it. If it's that loud maybe it won't be that difficult. Also, with that kind of noise the pump could be loose, up against one of the thin walls, a piece of tubing between it and a wall etc. I bet you'll see what it is as soon as you open it up.

In the event you do not get a response from a member with that exact model, I suggest doing a forum search on say cougar water pump. There have been many posts on where is the ............. Also within that same search you will see many posts addressing "loud pump noise" as well as member mods to try and reduce the noise. Different pump choices also noted

See our sig, 284RDB, and ours is in the rear drivers side behind a panel in the rear basement storage.
Four square drive screws. One thing I have noticed, they sure could have had a larger hole to work in.

I have found my water pump on 2016 28rbd but it seems I have to winterize using fresh water holding tank. Do you have any suggestions?

If you do a search for Winterize you will be inundated with more information than you could read.
In short, no you do not need to do it by way of filling your fresh water tank. That would take a lot of antifreeze to do it that way and then in the spring you have to get the antifreeze out. Neither of these is necessary.
Install a winterization kit similar to this and then follow the directions to pull RV antifreeze into your lines. https://www.walmart.com/ip/Camco-Pum...&wl13=&veh=sem
Here's a video that shows how to do:
Good luck with your task.

Read this thread. It is barely a week old. http://www.keystoneforums.com/forums...ad.php?t=30683
If that does not fully answer your question, then use the Search button and search on the keywords winterize tank. You will find dozens of threads on this exact topic, all within the last 60 days. If you go back further, there are literally hundreds of the threads, all about winterizing and the best methods of doing so.
None of them recommend pouring RV antifreeze into the fresh water tank. A few users do it, but it's more hassle to clean out in the spring and costs a lot more because it uses a lot more antifreeze every year.
