Great letter, Beachnut! It's really refreshing to hear that your situation is resolved, and without going to court!!! Seldom, as you say, do customers convey good things to company managment. Your exception to that norm will go a long way toward reassuring Keystone that doing the "right thing" is the "best way" to treat customers.

Thanks for the report and I'm glad your RV is repaired and in "new" condition. Now, since you're NOT in the "frozen northern waste land" Enjoy the fall/winter camping experience!
