Great letter, Beachnut! It's really refreshing to hear that your situation is resolved, and without going to court!!! Seldom, as you say, do customers convey good things to company managment. Your exception to that norm will go a long way toward reassuring Keystone that doing the "right thing" is the "best way" to treat customers.
