Maxxis max psi

Driving thru Texas, had a blowout on one Towmax. Tire shop only had Maxxis 8 ply, max psi 65, load range D. Back home now, decided to replace other 3 tires with Maxxis. Local tire shop has Load range E, 10 ply. I asked if that was OK, he said yeah. 10 ply has 80 psi, 8 ply has 65 psi.
Can I run with different psi?

You can, each individual tire bears it's own load so psi in one doesn't affect the others. However, the 10 ply will stand taller which may have an effect on the stance of your coach, suspension, and possibly load distribution. Not much, you may or may not be able to notice it. Personally, I'd change the 4th tire to a 10 ply as well and move your other one to the spare. That will give you an even stance and heat build up since all 4 will be working in harmony.

Done

Just picked up the Laredo. 4 new Maxxis 10 ply, balanced, and put Maxxis 8 ply as spare. $581. I'm happy with that!
