Cummins Onan 5.5 HGJAB issue

I have posted issues before. This is a new one on me. I only have 110 on one side of the generator. I checked the breakers and both are on. I checked power at the transfer switch and have one leg at 110v the other has no power.
Any ideas? The trouble code is flashing 3-6. Called cummins and they are baffled as well.

Is the cable from the gen to the transfer switch ok?

It appears to be. I checked the 110v at the transfer switch and will try to look deeper into it today. I brought it to work and hope I get a free minute to delve into it!

It was a sticking transfer switch. Allowed one side to open and not the other. Waiting to see if warranty will cover it.
