As such, the topic is pictures of trucks or other tow vehicles, trailers or the combo. Comments about the appearance of the rig are appropriate. Please limit comments about towing suitability, tow ratings, specifics of gear ratios, payload, tow ratings, links to appearance items, etc. If important enough to discuss these types of comments, please start another thread in the appropriate section of the forum, not here.

The posts that were "off topic" have been moved to the appropriate location on the forum. They are still available for comment, just not in this thread. Because those posts are moved, you probably won't find the "reason for the warning" unless you've been watching this thread progress, but I left my post as a reminder that the thread is for photos of tow vehicles, trailers or camping rigs. It's not a place to discuss topics such as being overloaded, appropriateness of any vehicle to tow a specific size trailer or where to purchase accessories to customize a vehicle.
No fouls on this for any of the posters, I just thought it better to reorganize the "off topic" posts to a better place in the forum rather than just delete them for not being relevant to the thread.

Finally broke down and bought a dually. Wife and I have been looking for a decent leftover '16 model and found one about 20 miles away. Well equipped Lariat but it had the snow plow pkg. which in South Louisiana is useless. Test drove it and it rode pretty rough in the front due to the heavier coils. Looked at a '17 Lariat which had enough equipment for me so we got a decent deal on the truck and a above average trade on my '13 F-150 Platinum. Only 200 miles on the truck in two days and mileage is up to 16.3 on the dash. Like the 48 gallon fuel tank and the 4.10 gearing. Waiting on the kit to mount the 5th wheel and I'll get the bed sprayed while I'm at it. Truck was well inspected by my 3 Grandsons and test driven by the 16 yr old already.

The wife has been known to hit the side of the garage with her Tahoe from time to time, so I guess I can deal with using the mirror add on's to keep peace in the home.
