Outback 326RL electric cable slide motor/gear slipping

All of a sudden my 2017 326RL electric cable & chain bed slide will not side in. Will slide out but sounds like the casing is slipping when trying to slide in. Anyone have any insight on how to troubleshoot? I assume no shear pin (if there is one) bc it will slide out. Cable/chain are tight. I was able to get the slide pushed in by using a tractor..! Any and all help is much appreciated.

Sounds like the gearbox has decided to go on a separate vacation.
