determining new hitch height

hay all.......just took delivery of a new f250. previous tow vehicle was a Tundra. Haven't had a chance to do any measuring yet, I am assuming the Ford hitch is gonna be higher than the Tundra. Anyone have any tips on setting this up on an Equalizer weight distribution hitch?

Set the trailer level on level ground. Then measure ground to top of A-Frame at coupler.

Install shank into truck receiver and set ball 2-3” higher.
