It maybe low tech, but it has saved me from a lot of arguments and potential damage. It's really helped us get our 30' trailer in a 12' hole on a narrow street, closely missing mailboxes across the street.
I enjoy the challenge of backing in, and getting out and looking couldn't be more important, regardless of who's back there. I have a harder time backing my enclosed 6 x 10.
