Hot water heater on/off switch

Where do I find the on/off switch for the hot water heater on my 2018 keystone passport 175bh? Brought my camper into camping world for a 45 point inspection since I just bought it from a private party and CW states that the hot water and furnace is not firing. Any suggestions or thoughts would greatly be appreciated.

If both the water heater and the furnace are not working, I would suspect a problem with the propane supply. You might have a faulty propane regulator or maybe even a restriction in a hose.

Can you light a burner on your stove? If not, the propane tank may have the valve shut or be empty.

If you’re already at CW, what do they say. Ask for a walk thru. For what they probably charged you, you are entitled.

Good luck,

First, Welcome to the forum.
Seems odd to me that CW finds a problem but did not take the time to discover the cause. They likely have a troubleshooting/diagnostic charge over and above the inspection charge. I'd "get to know" the service manager over this issue. I've always found that good communication with the service manager can go a long way to getting things done without a bunch of run-around. Could be a simple fix since the Passport is already in the shop. If it's a bigger problem you may want to look at some recourse through the previous owner for non-disclosure.
