Not humorous but a definite positive effect. For the last several weeks there have been no "door to door" salesman telling me how they are in the neighborhood working on my neighbors house and want to know if I want a "free" estimate for replacement windows, doors, siding, roof, deck, etc., etc.

Went grocery shopping yesterday and looked down the toilet paper aisle and it was almost completely empty, but a lot of people standing there, simply looking at empty shelves. I made the comment to my wife .... "I'm sure glad you insisted we get a Bidet on our toilet at home. We can skip this aisle!" About 20 people turned around and stared at me like they were deer caught in a head-light.

FYI, the Bidet worked out so well at home, I installed one on the toilet in the camper. Now, we truly are "glamping!"

Whent to the pharmacy (in a grocery store) to pick up prescriptions. Dropped my truck keys on the floor. Bent down to retrieve them and broke wind. Stood back up and said "well at least it wasn't a cough!". The crowd cheered and I left.

Not a true story but it would be funny! I don't care who you are!

Went to wal-mart this evening to make a final stop before fully holing up for a while, and to get some crafts to entertain the kids this week. Went down the cereal aisle (we never buy cereal) to get a specific brand my DW was pregnancy craving.... cereal aisle was just about cleaned out... except for a few random brands, and the exact cereal DW wanted.

I guess that just means she likes an unpopular cereal, if that was one of the only ones they had left. That made me chuckle tonight.

I got a spam call from New Jersey wanting to sell me solar. I started to cough into my cell phone, then said, "darn Corona infection, I hope you don't get it." Click. He hung up on me. #Winning

In Sterling, Colorado, the Logan County Sheriff’s Office issued a plea for help from its traditional nemeses, local criminals: “Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, and its contagious nature, the Logan County Sheriff’s Office is asking all criminal activities/nefarious conduct to cease until further notice. We appreciate your anticipated cooperation in halting crime and thank criminals in advance. We will update you when you can return to your normal criminal behavior.”
