Yep, They are MOLEX quick splice connectors.
They are common in almost all double wide manufactured homes, used to connect "home side A to home side B" and usually located very close to the circuit breaker box. They are used, in those homes to connect "ROMEX TO ROMEX"...
Keystone uses them in nearly all slides with "120VAC outlets in the slide"...
They typically are in the bottom of a "hidden compartment in the main coach" near the end of the slide. As in your application, white is for 15 amp MOLEX plugs and white is for 20 amp plugs. You can "use a bigger rated plug for a smaller rated circuit, but not the other way around.
Keystone's use almost always is to connect and transition the ROMEX main chassis wiring to the flexible wiring (think multistrand extension cord) required by the movement of the slide. It usually is routed out the bottom of the main coach, into the belly, then strapped to a "flexible cable guide" that keeps it from drooping under the slide as it moves in and out.
