AC Zone issue

Brand new 3901RK has 3 AC units. Rear unit zone registers 41F all the time regardless of actual temp. Middle AC reads -F all the time. Front AC reads correct temp. I’ve already unplugged everything, taken away all 12v power sources and still read the same. This is a brand new unit. What else could I try to do?

Do you by chance have solar? If so did you make sure the solar was turned off as to not feed the batteries when you did the reboot?

I turned the switches to off on the Solar so I’m hoping that was correct.
