I live in Heber City, UT. It is about 1500 ft higher in elevation than Layton and generally about 10F colder. We are having a heatwave today -- up to 36 and fresh new snow. I winterize my RV and stay in the house -- no camping until April or May. The best solution for Steve is to drive to St George, UT, or further south in NV or AZ.

If thawing is the only issue, you will be lucky. Once thawed, check everything for leaks. The Pex piping wont crak but the pex or brass fittings will.
